Foraged from our family property in Doorodong, Victoria, Blazer’s Delight Honey is a tribute to my grandfather, affectionately known as "Blazer." His nickname was earned at just 10 years old on the first day he was allowed to drive the dray by himself. When a strap broke, his load of lumber spilled, and his horse, Blaze Away, bolted, running for three miles. This honey honours his adventurous spirit, deep love for family, and respect for the bush, capturing the essence of the land he cherished.
